The quality of equipment and products is controlled at all stages of the production cycle from the receipt of components to the warehouse to the feedback received from consumers, in this regard, we at DELCOS provide our customers with a guarantee for the purchased electrical equipment, as well as quality control for all types of services performed by our specialists.

Warranty service includes the elimination of faults found during the operation of the equipment during the warranty period. The warranty period depends on the type and configuration of the equipment and is specified in the contract. A warranty case is considered a malfunction that occurred due to the fault of the manufacturer during production, installation or commissioning.

During the warranty period, we will completely free of charge eliminate defects identified by the consumer or replace parts, components and assemblies that have become unusable.

Equipment warranty period

For diesel gensets based on MAN, Moteurs Baudouin engines:

18 months from shipment or 12 months from commissioning or 2000 hours, whichever comes first.

For gas and diesel gensets based on MWM, CAT, MAN, MTU, JENBACHER, Moteurs Baudouin engines 24 months from shipment or 18-36 months from commissioning or 3,000 to 8,000 hours, whichever comes first.

For diesel power gensets based on CUMMINS, MITSUBISHI, DOOSAN engines:

12 months from shipment or 1000 hours, whichever comes first.

The warranty is void in the following cases:

The occurrence of defects due to the use of the product for other purposes;

Making any design changes without the consent of the manufacturer;

Violation of the rules and conditions of operation, maintenance, conservation and storage set forth in the Operation Manual of the generating set and the Operation Manuals of the product components;

Absence or untimely maintenance of regulatory technical documentation;

Use of low-quality consumables (operational) materials and fuels and lubricants that are not provided for in the Operation Manuals for the components and the product as a whole;

Unauthorized opening of seals and disassembly of units, assemblies and their self-repair, except for cases specifically provided for in the Operation Manual of the generating set.
